Tehát amíg az integrálás előtti infinitézimális egyenlőségek (egy előjel erejéig) helyesek, az integrálás utáni egyenlőség már nem igaz, csak speciális esetben.

Ez a speciális eset épp az integrációs állandó nulla voltát követeli meg, és pont ez a szökési sebesség definíciója.

Így nem csoda, hogy a hibás számolás elvezet a szökési sebesség képletéhez.
